- Account information — email address, account currency, strategy type, risk parameters
- Platform usage data — session activity, alert acknowledgements

- Your broker login credentials or password
- Your bank or payment details
- Sensitive personal data
Legal basis for processing
We process your data under legitimate interests — specifically to provide the behavioural analytics service you have signed up for — and with your consent where required.
How long we keep your data
Trade execution data and derived analytics are retained for 12 months from collection. Account data is retained for as long as your account is active plus 12 months after closure.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We do not share your individual data with third parties. Anonymised aggregate data may be used for research and product improvement. We use Supabase as our database infrastructure provider — data is stored on servers in the EU.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights contact legal@actaedge.io. We will respond within 30 days.
