What this platform is
Acta Edge is a behavioural analytics platform for financial traders. It connects to your trading account and analyses your execution data to detect cognitive biases in your decision-making. It does not provide financial advice, trading signals, or recommendations on what to trade.
What you agree to by using this platform
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You understand that Acta Edge analyses your trading behaviour and not your trading strategy.
- You understand that insights provided are for educational and self-improvement purposes only and do not constitute financial advice.
- You will not hold Acta Edge Ltd liable for any trading losses incurred while using the platform.
What we collect
We collect trade execution data from your connected broker account — open times, close times, position sizes, instruments, entry and exit prices, stop loss and take profit levels.
We do not collect your broker login credentials. We do not access your funds. We cannot place or modify trades on your behalf.
How we use your data
Your data is used to detect behavioural patterns in your trading and surface insights to you. Anonymised and aggregated data may be used to improve the platform and build population-level research. Your individual data is never sold or shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
Connecting and disconnecting
You can disconnect your broker account at any time from the platform settings. On disconnection we stop collecting new data. Your historical data is retained for 12 months unless you request deletion.
No guarantees
Acta Edge does not guarantee improved trading performance. The platform surfaces data and insights — what you do with them is your decision entirely.
Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
